Return Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy for Grocery Items

  • Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Delivery:
    Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or stocking time are eligible for a full refund, including the deposit.

  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Delivery:

    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges based on the order's status.

    • If restocking is required, frozen and refrigerated items will be charged at full price, plus a 25% restocking fee.

    • All other items will incur a 25% fee per item to cover costs already incurred.
