Return and Cancellation Policy for Grocery Items

Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Delivery:
Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or stocking time are eligible for a full refund, including the deposit. -
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Delivery:

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges based on the order's status.

If restocking is required, frozen and refrigerated items will be charged at full price, plus a 25% restocking fee.

All other items will incur a 25% fee per item to cover costs already incurred.

Park City Groceries - Terms and Conditions
The policies, terms, and services outlined in the following are our legal Agreement between you and Park City Groceries LLC, a limited liability company based in Colorado, doing business under the name Park City Groceries LLC. This document outlines the services offered on our website www.parkcitygroceries.com. By requesting Park City Groceries to purchase groceries on your behalf offered on www.parkcitygroceries.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Our Services
Park City Groceries provides an online marketplace at www.parkcitygroceries.com where customers can browse and purchase grocery items, primarily from Costco. Customers can choose to pick up their orders from our store or have them delivered to their residence or vacation rental unit. We may add more online shopping services at our discretion.
Our employees, agents, or designees will shop for and deliver the product orders placed on www.parkcitygroceries.com to our store location for pickup or delivery. To schedule shopping, a shopping deposit is required, and the balance due can be paid at the time of pickup via cash, check, debit, or credit card.
Fees, Payment & Access
Park City Groceries provides delivery services that require you to take responsibility for any charges made by anyone using your account. Failure to pay these charges may result in additional fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We have the right to substitute any item that is out of inventory with an equivalent product if that option has been selected by you or anyone ordering on your account registered at www.parkcitygroceries.com. If we are unable to make the delivery or pickup on time, we will deliver it at a later agreed time without any additional charges.
You have the option to choose unattended delivery for your Park City Groceries order. If you do, we will leave your order at your designated location, such as your door. However, if there is no one present to receive the delivery, we will return the items to our location for pick up or delivery at another time. Orders left at our location will incur an additional $25/day charge until released. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during an unattended delivery. By choosing unattended delivery, you agree to indemnify us and hold Park City Groceries or its employees harmless.
Policy - Agreement Changes
Park City Groceries reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this agreement, including the Park City Groceries fee schedule, at any time. This may include changes to the amount and basis for determining fees or charges for the Park City Groceries service. If we make any significant changes to this agreement or the fee schedule, you will be notified as provided in this agreement. We may also discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the service without prior notice to you.
Third-Party Responsibilities
Park City Groceries may use services from third-party businesses that collect information for credit card purchases and analyzing data requarding purchases made. Any transactions you conduct with these third-party businesses is solely between you and them. Park City Groceries does not guarantee, or accept responsibility of any products or services received from these businesses. Any charges or obligations arising from your dealings with these third parties are your responsibility.

All images, including designs and graphics, featured on www.parkcitygroceries.com belong to CO-OP SHOPPER LLC, a limited liability company based in Utah, which provides website services to Park City Groceries. These images cannot be used for personal or commercial purposes unless CO-OP SHOPPER LLC grants permission.
The unauthorized use of materials found on www.parkcitygroceries.com, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication for commercial or public purposes, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from CO-OP SHOPPER LLC.
All Park City Groceries logos are proprietary and cannot be used for any purpose other than those expressly permitted by Park City Groceries.
